The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, with a strong consultancy background and proven success in building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and baseline programs
• Prepare progress reports, recovery plans, and forecasting reports
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Analyze delays and recommend corrective actions
• Support project management in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project timelines
• Track costs, productivity, and project performance indicators
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in planning and project controls
• Strong consultancy background highly preferred
• Proven experience in building construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contract management
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
