Candidzone is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Commercial Manager to oversee commercial operations within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, managing high-value contracts, and optimizing financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry expertise to ensure cost-efficiency, regulatory compliance, and maximum profitability across all FM projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the commercial strategy and financial planning for large-scale Facilities Management operations.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and administering agreements with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control measures, and financial reporting to ensure targets are met.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Resolve commercial disputes and negotiate claims effectively.
• Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams to drive continuous business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to Facilities Management (FM).
• Certifications: Holding a CFM (Certified Facility Manager) Certificate is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial law, contract administration, and financial management principles within the FM industry.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale budgets.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
