The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales administration, inventory control, ERP operations, and financial reporting, with the ability to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales transactions, invoicing, and inventory records

Monitor stock movements and perform regular inventory reconciliation

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within ERP systems

Coordinate with sales, logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams

Generate inventory, sales, and financial reports for management review

Track stock levels and support demand planning activities

Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Inventory Control, Logistics, or ERP Operations

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar

Strong knowledge of inventory management, invoicing, and stock reconciliation

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID)

Currently based in Qatar preferred

Immediate joiners preferred
