Candidzone is seeking two highly experienced and leadership-driven Civil Site Managers specializing in plant maintenance to oversee civil operations. In this role, you will take full ownership of planning, executing, and closing civil maintenance projects within highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate will combine deep civil engineering expertise with a robust background in industrial or petrochemical plant upkeep to manage resources effectively, guide project teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage, schedule, and execute comprehensive civil maintenance activities in strict accordance with contract frameworks and facility requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver civil upkeep projects within established timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure the smooth operation of plant facilities.
• Coordinate on-site resources, allocate manpower, and provide strong leadership to multidisciplinary project teams and sub-contractors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives, ensuring high service quality, addressing technical queries, and managing relationship dynamics effectively.
• Oversee routine structural inspections, identify repair priorities, and implement corrective measures across industrial plant infrastructure.
• Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site to maintain zero-incident performance levels in critical plant zones.
• Prepare, review, and present project progress reports, resource utilization charts, and closing documentation for senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of overall professional civil engineering experience. This must include a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience directly within an Oil & Gas plant, Petrochemical plant, or a heavy industrial maintenance environment.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial plant safety protocols, structural integrity standards, and civil maintenance asset management workflows.
• Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex on-site issues, manage budgets, and direct large teams under tight timelines.
