The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in psychological assessments, evidence-based therapies, and managing a wide range of mental health and developmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, IPT, and DBT
• Perform IQ and psychometric assessments
• Assess and support patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
• Develop individualized intervention and rehabilitation plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's / PhD in Clinical Psychology
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Experience in IQ & Psychometric Assessments
• Proficiency in therapies: CBT, IPT, and DBT
• Strong communication, empathy, and case management skills

Requirements:

• Must be licensed or eligible for Qatar licensing
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings preferred
