Candidzone is urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior HVAC Sales Engineer to drive business growth in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a professional with specialized expertise in both residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will bridge the gap between technical design and commercial execution by identifying new market opportunities, providing system design and selection support, and cultivating long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial HVAC units by conducting targeted market research to identify potential clients and industry growth sectors.
- Provide robust technical support to clients, assisting with load considerations, system design, and proper equipment selection.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and providing reliable after-sales support.
- Coordinate and follow up on project timelines to ensure the timely delivery and proper installation of HVAC systems on site.
- Utilize AutoCAD to review, adjust, or present technical HVAC system layouts to clients during the sales process.
- Track individual sales performance, generate pipeline reports, meet established sales targets, and analyze local market trends.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven sales and business development experience specifically within the HVAC field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD software for system layout interpretation and verification.
- Technical Knowledge: Highly proficient in HVAC system design, installation practices, and maintenance workflows for residential and commercial units.
- Location Preference: Primarily looking for candidates locally available in Kuwait, but highly receptive to candidates currently working in Qatar who are ready to relocate.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work independently, manage sales targets, and translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
