Sales Executive – Construction
Job Description:
Candidzone is a leading recruitment and HR solutions provider in Qatar, connecting top talent with reputable organizations across various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive – Construction for a reputed client in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales within the Construction, MEP, manpower supply, or building materials sector, with proven ability to handle clients and close deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
Promote company services/products related to MEP, manpower, or materials
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience
Background in Construction / MEP / Manpower / Materials
Strong client handling, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset
Valid GCC driving experience preferred
