The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in lifting operations, crane coordination, rigging calculations, and site safety within industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily lifting and rigging operations safely and efficiently
• Explain and implement approved lifting plans and crane load charts
• Calculate sling lengths at various lifting angles
• Determine sling length in choker configurations
• Define load distribution at two lifting points
• Calculate load on each crane during tandem lifting operations
• Understand and assess Ground Bearing Pressure (GBP)
• Apply knowledge of plate load testing requirements
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and lifting standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Lifting Supervisor
• Experience in RLIC / Water Treatment / Desalination / Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging, and lifting calculations
• Good leadership, communication, and site coordination skills
• Ability to work under strict safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID)
• Preferred Nationalities: Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India
• Immediate joiners preferred
