Job brief

We are urgently seeking a precise and reliable Autopart Mixer (also commonly known as a Parts Assembler or Material Mixer) to join JNP Trading at their facility in the Industrial Area. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and assembling specialized automotive parts or materials according to strict technical guidelines. The ideal candidate will have practical, hands-on experience in a related industrial or automotive setup within the GCC and a strong commitment to workshop safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials, compounds, or specific automotive fluids/coatings accurately based on product data sheets.
• Operate and maintain mixing machinery, assembly tools, and material handling equipment safely.
• Assemble automotive components or parts efficiently, ensuring they align with technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Inspect finished mixtures or assembled components for consistency, defects, or quality variances.
• Package, label, and safely store mixed materials and parts in designated storage zones.
• Adhere strictly to workshop health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines, including the proper handling of chemical substances and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Keep the workshop floor, mixing bays, and tools clean, organized, and running efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience working in a related industrial, manufacturing, or automotive parts assembly field within GCC countries.
• Location Status: Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and ready to join immediately.
• Language & Nationality: Open to any nationality and any spoken language profile.
• Skills: Good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail for measuring ratios, and the physical stamina required for an active industrial workshop environment.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working an 8-hour shift structure with separate overtime opportunities.
