We are currently hiring Safety Officers (Relievers) to support a major international engineering and construction firm for civil and road infrastructure projects.

This is an urgent short-term requirement for qualified professionals to ensure the highest safety standards during a critical project phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Inspections: Conduct daily safety patrols and inspections across road and civil work zones.
• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to HSE regulations, project safety plans, and PWA (Ashghal) requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential hazards, monitor high-risk activities, and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Safety Briefings: Deliver daily toolbox talks and essential safety briefings to site teams and subcontractors.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly safety reports; assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordination: Work closely with construction teams and the HSE department to maintain a seamless safety culture.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management within civil and infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory Certifications: Must hold NEBOSH and OSHA credentials.
• PWA Experience: Prior experience with PWA (Ashghal) projects is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to document hazards and prepare professional HSE reports.
