Candidzone is a leading recruitment and HR solutions provider in Qatar, connecting top talent with reputable organizations across various industries. We are currently seeking 2 experienced Instrumentation Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Supervisors / Engineers for a leading project in Qatar.

The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in instrumentation testing, commissioning activities, and Oil & Gas sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute instrumentation testing & commissioning activities
• Ensure systems are commissioned according to project specifications and industry standards
• Prepare and review commissioning procedures, reports, and checklists
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients during commissioning phases
• Troubleshoot instrumentation systems and resolve technical issues
• Verify calibration and functional testing of field instruments and control systems
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements
• Support startup, handover, and final acceptance activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or relevant discipline
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas projects (Testing & Commissioning scope)
• Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures and industry standards
• Experience in field instruments, PLC, DCS, analyzers, and control systems
• Strong technical troubleshooting and coordination skills
