Candidzone is seeking two energetic and driven Van Salesmen to join a leading FMCG snacks division in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a medium truck and executing direct sales and distribution across assigned routes. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in traditional FMCG sales, possess excellent cash handling skills, and be highly proficient with point-of-sale (POS) order systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell and distribute current FMCG products to traditional trade outlets (Bakalas) and modern trade channels (Supermarkets).
• Introduce and promote new products to existing and prospective retail clients to maximize market penetration.
• Handle cash collections accurately and efficiently from customers on your daily route.
• Operate POS devices seamlessly to update the order-taking system regarding order placements and cash collections in real-time.
• Process and collect return stocks in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in van sales specifically focused on Traditional Trade (Bakala to Bakala) and FMCG products within Qatar.
• Technical Skills: Mandatory experience using a POS device for placing orders and updating systems.
• Licenses: Must possess a valid Qatar Medium Truck License.
• Language: Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English.
• Age limit: Candidates must be between 26 and 45 years of age.
• Availability: Must be locally available in Qatar. (Open to any nationality provided the candidate is sourced locally).
