Job Description:

Candidzone is a leading recruitment and HR solutions provider in Qatar, connecting top talent with reputable organizations across various industries. We are currently hiring an experienced Sales Manager for a leading F&B trading company in Doha.

The company specializes in importing and distributing premium coffee beans, teas, and coffee machines to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and retail customers, with strong market presence and exclusive supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across B2B, B2C, and showroom sales
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Identify new business opportunities, suppliers, and market segments
  • Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve performance targets
  • Handle high-value negotiations and close major deals
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Ensure operational efficiency and overall business profitability

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales leadership or commercial roles
  • Strong background in F&B / HORECA industry (mandatory)
  • Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and revenue targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making ability
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Male Arabic candidate
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Strong experience with HORECA clients
  • Proven ability to close large deals
  • Valid GCC Driving License
  • Open to local or overseas candidates
  • Available to join immediately or within 1 month
