We are currently seeking an experienced and highly professional HR Manager (European Nationality) for an exclusive luxury hospitality / boutique hotel / palace environment in Doha.

The ideal candidate will have extensive strategic HR experience within luxury hospitality, with a strong understanding of VIP service culture, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with luxury hospitality standards
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the General Manager and senior leadership
• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organizational structure, and resource planning
• Manage end-to-end recruitment while maintaining high luxury and VIP service standards
• Develop onboarding and training programs covering etiquette, grooming, discretion, and service excellence
• Build talent pipelines for Butler Services, Guest Relations, Security, and other critical positions
• Manage performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR policies
• Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and employee records
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide reports and recommendations to senior management
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling VIP and sensitive employee information

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Master's Degree / MBA is highly preferred
• 8–15 years of progressive HR experience
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, palace environments, or VIP service operations
• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality culture and high-touch service environments
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR compliance
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity
• Strong executive presence and ability to work with senior leadership and VIP stakeholders

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• European Nationality preferred
• Luxury hospitality / palace / boutique hotel experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with VIP and high-profile clientele is an advantage
