The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fit-out construction, site inspection, quality control, and project supervision, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor daily construction activities and verify workmanship in accordance with project requirements
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical and construction issues
• Review material approvals, shop drawings, and method statements
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project quality procedures
• Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, and site documentation
• Support project completion by ensuring timely execution of fit-out activities

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in fit-out projects with strong site inspection and supervision skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and finishing works
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in fit-out or interior construction projects is mandatory
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred
• Immediate joiners are an advantage
