The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in lifting operations, rigging supervision, heavy equipment coordination, and strict adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all lifting and rigging operations safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with approved lifting plans, PTW, and PTS procedures
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams
• Review crane capacities, load charts, and risk assessments before lifting activities
• Inspect lifting tools, tackles, and equipment certifications
• Monitor critical lifts and ensure safe execution on site
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote HSE awareness
• Maintain reports, records, and lifting documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (with supporting certificates)
• Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, lifting calculations, and rigging practices
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects preferred
