Sales Manager
Job Description:
Candidzone is a leading recruitment and HR solutions provider in Qatar, connecting top talent with reputable organizations across various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client’s team in the F&B/HORECA sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and client relationship management within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
- Identify and acquire new clients within the F&B / HORECA sector
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in F&B / HORECA sales or commercial leadership
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Requirements:
- Valid GCC Driving License (mandatory)
- Must hold a valid QID (Qatar ID)
- Currently based in Qatar
