Job Description:

Candidzone is a leading recruitment and HR solutions provider in Qatar, connecting top talent with reputable organizations across various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client’s team in the F&B/HORECA sector.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and client relationship management within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Identify and acquire new clients within the F&B / HORECA sector
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in F&B / HORECA sales or commercial leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Requirements:

  • Valid GCC Driving License (mandatory)
  • Must hold a valid QID (Qatar ID)
  • Currently based in Qatar
