The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping operations within the hospitality sector and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff performance
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all areas
• Assign tasks and monitor work schedules for housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints efficiently
• Train and guide housekeeping team members
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision
• Background in hospitality industry (mandatory)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle pressure and manage teams effectively
