The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building maintenance, facility operations, and site supervision, with a hands-on approach to facility management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage building and facility maintenance operations
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure maintenance standards are met
• Supervise contractors and maintenance teams on-site
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Prepare reports on maintenance work and site conditions
• Support facility management operations and day-to-day engineering tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to civil works

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in building or facility maintenance
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and site supervision
• Hands-on experience in facility management (preferred)
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Requirements:

• Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID)
• Currently based in Qatar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment
