We are seeking two enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Consultants to join Pearl Blanc Salon. In this role, you will be the face of the salon, driving revenue by promoting premium beauty services, retail products, and packages to clients. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with up to two years of experience who excels in customer relations, retail sales, and delivering an upscale client experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome salon guests warmly, consult with them to understand their beauty or wellness needs, and recommend appropriate services and treatments.
- Promote and sell premium salon retail products, service packages, and ongoing memberships to meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a deep, up-to-date knowledge of all salon services, product ingredients, benefits, and active promotions.
- Assist clients with bookings, appointment scheduling, and inquiries both in-person and over the phone, maximizing daily booking schedules.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle billings, and ensure precise daily cash and digital payment balancing.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships, follow up with regular clients, and execute retention strategies to build a loyal salon database.
- Coordinate with salon stylists, therapists, and technicians to ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience for every client.
- Monitor retail inventory levels on the floor, ensure shelves are beautifully merchandised, and report stock shortages to management.
Requirements
- Experience: Up to 2 years of proven sales, guest relations, or retail experience, preferably within a luxury salon, spa, hospitality, or high-end retail environment.
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
- Core Competencies: Strong sales aptitude, persuasion skills, and a genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Skills: Comfortable utilizing modern retail POS software and handling scheduling systems. Ability to work dynamic shifts across a 6-day workweek.
