Candidzone is seeking three dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineers to manage, maintain, and optimize electrical systems within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of electrical infrastructure across managed facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and a solid background in preventive and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and building management systems (BMS).
• Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and respond swiftly to reactive maintenance requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults, providing effective and timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all electrical maintenance activities and installations strictly comply with local safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Supervise and guide electrical technicians, coordinating effectively with external contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment status, and material usage.

Requirements

• Experience: 10 years of overall professional work experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically within the Facilities Management (FM) field.
• Education: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Certifications: Holding a CFM (Certified Facility Manager) Certificate is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical maintenance best practices, health and safety standards, and MEP operations.
• Skills: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
